<strong>Basic Qualifications</strong>

&#9;<li><strong>10+ years of proven success in a client-facing leadership/sales role</strong> focused on selling and managing complex cloud, data, or AI professional services engagements with large enterprise accounts.
&#9;<li>Previous sales experience with any major public cloud (AWS, <strong>Google Cloud</strong>, Azure, etc.), or Service Integrator, with a preference for experience selling advanced services (AI/ML, GenAI, Data Analytics).
&#9;<li>Proven track record of exceeding quota in the Enterprise space
&#9;<li>Experience consulting and selling services into <strong>Fortune 1,000 and/or Fortune 500 client(s)</strong>.

<strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>

&#9;<br>8â10+ years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 3 years leading high-performing engineering teams.<br>

&#9;<br>Strong expertise in real-time operating systems (RTOS), experience with LynxOS, VxWorks, or INTEGRITY preferred.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and assembly language programming.<br>

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Deep understanding of embedded software architecture, design patterns, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Familiarity with aerospace software standards (e.g., DO-178B/C) and safety-critical system development.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Experience implementing cybersecurity features and working with secure boot, TEEs, TPMs, cryptographic algorithms, and security protocols (TLS, DTLS, IPSec).<br>

As an Avionics Technician, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform avionics maintenance according to FCC, FAA and company policies and regulations. You'll be responsible for moderately complex installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of avionics components, and maintenance of test equipment, tools, and manuals.<br />
<br />
<strong>Responsibilities & Experience of the Avionics Technician:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Must have own tools in good working order.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex, technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications; ability to route wires per technical drawings.</li>
&#9;<li>Advanced skills with moderately complex avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, wiring installation, soldering' and crimping techniques.</li>
&#9;<li>Preferred: Familiarity with FCC and FCC GROL.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to mentor and guide subordinates.</li>
&#9;<li>Basic understanding of spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or Pitot static equipment.</li>
&#9;<li>Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required.</strong></li>
</ul>
<strong>Qualifications of the Avionics Technician:</strong>

<strong>Qualifications of the Network Systems Engineer:</strong>

&#9;<li>Minimum of 5 years of networking design and implementation experience with a focus on Data Center, Campus, WI-FI&nbsp; and Security solutions working with Financial Services customers.
&#9;<li>Strong presentation and selling skills including communication of complex technical material.
&#9;<li>Solid understanding and knowledge of how to build successful relationships between an equipment manufacturer and a customer base of executives, architects, engineers and operations teams.
&#9;<li>Good interpersonal skills, customer relations skills, and problem management skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure while working to strict deadlines.
