Description – Technical Program Manager:
- Lead and plan end-to-end technical programs or initiatives with a clear understanding of priorities to ensure expected outcomes.
- Architect large, complex programs into manageable workstreams and deliverable milestones.
- Serve as the core spokesperson for the program, communicating progress and risks across all stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain forward momentum toward clear project goals.
- Understand system interdependencies and lead cross-functional teams to align and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure clear team accountability, project timelines, and high-quality results.
- Provide expertise on process improvements and tools to establish standard methodologies across teams.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Deep experience in Enterprise Software Development and Delivery within the Cloud space (LLM experience is a plus).
- Broad hands-on experience and deep operational knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Comprehensive experience facilitating, building, or overhauling existing technical processes for optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic input, guide stakeholders on changing directions, and cascade priorities.
- Proven history of influencing and affecting organizational change without direct positional authority.
- Extensive familiarity working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Pay Rate: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
