Our Pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to Support Nextgen BioRegistry and Antibody Platform LIMS Projects. This role is critical to ensuring effective program execution and application lifecycle oversight within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee LIMS implementation programs across R&D and laboratory organizations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional delivery.
- Coordinate with Scientific Informatics, IT, QA, and laboratory stakeholders to ensure successful system design, deployment, validation, and adoption.
- Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication for enterprise laboratory digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure LIMS programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP preferred.
- 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Experience leading enterprise software or digital transformation programs in biotech/pharma or regulated industries.
- Program or project management experience with scientific or laboratory systems (LIMS, ELN, SDMS, MES, ERP).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
