Links Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Analyst II to support our client’s finance team in Sparks, NV. Our client is a premier aerospace and defense organization known for delivering innovative, customer-focused technologies and best-in-class integrations. This contract opportunity offers hands-on involvement in critical financial operations within a highly respected industry leader.
Key Responsibilities

Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies, including matching freight invoices to shipping databases

Accurately code, verify, and enter Accounts Payable transactions into an automated accounting system

Support internal and external audits by performing research and providing requested documentation

Maintain back-end scanning processes and ensure proper record retention

Build positive relationships with internal customers and manage service activities for assigned programs

High School Diploma or GED required, plus 2+ years of relevant Accounts Payable experience

Higher education or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of stated requirements

Experience working with automated accounting systems

Working knowledge of Sales and Use Tax requirements

Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
