Position Details
- Employment Type: W2 Required (No C2C/1099)
- Duration: Contract through 12/31/2026 (Extension highly likely)
- Location: Remote (Candidates must be able to work on Eastern Time Zone; PST hours will not align)
- Travel: Occasional monthly onsite travel may occur (likely less)
- Pay range: $50/r - $60/hr

- End-to-End Delivery: Own the execution of complex application migration and integration programs, including data, access, and software transitions.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify project dependencies, timing constraints, and operational risks in a fast-paced environment.
- Scrum Leadership: Run daily Scrum meetings, manage agile ceremonies, and maintain sprint momentum using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical IT teams to ensure seamless alignment.
- Change Management: Drive user readiness by ensuring technical changes are clearly communicated, creating comprehensive documentation, and establishing training/governance structures.
- Executive Liaison: Build strong, trusted relationships with IT executives and key organizational decision-makers.
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience leading complex application projects or programs.
- Technical Background: Core focus in application project/program management with a foundational background in platform technology or technology management.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience managing application migrations and enhancements specifically within Azure (Note: AWS experience will not substitute).
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Strong conceptual understanding of IAM choices as they relate to migrations (including SSO, MFA, service accounts, AD groups, conditional access, and credential policies).
- Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience running Scrum meetings and ceremonies is mandatory.
- Tooling: Direct experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and management.
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience managing application projects involving one or more of the following environments: C, C++, UNIX, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, Python, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Oracle, and/or Power BI.
- Industry Experience: Background in the Energy sector (commercial business) is highly desired.
- Compliance: Experience operating within highly audited environments with strictly regulated policies.
- Certifications: PMP certification is desired; CSM or SAFe certifications are preferred.
- Project Software: Experience with ITBM or SPM project management modules within ServiceNow.
- Action-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong propensity for thoughtful action, high output, and multitasking.
- Methodical: Exceptionally organized with rigorous prioritization skills.
- Communicator: Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams through highly complex engagements.
- Value-Driven: Passionate about client engagement and creating demonstrable value.
