Schedule: M-F 6am-4pm - 50 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections and airworthiness evaluations.
- Perform detailed on-aircraft inspections, including avionics and structural systems.
- Develop, implement, and improve inspection protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company standards, and customer requirements.
- Document inspection findings accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve significant compliance and quality issues.
- Conduct audits of maintenance processes and procedures.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior inspectors and maintenance personnel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of aircraft inspection, maintenance, or related aviation experience.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, equipment, components, and structures.
- Strong understanding of product audit and inspection processes and procedures.
- Experience applying inspection methods, techniques, practices, tools, and equipment to determine airworthiness following maintenance activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience leading inspection teams or quality assurance initiatives.
- Experience conducting FAA compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
- Military aviation or commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field.
