Links Technology is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Writer to join our client's team. Our client is in the Information Technology industry. This is a Contract, remote position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal technology projects.

Responsibilities of the Technical Writer:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing legal technology tools and processes.
- Create user guides, training materials, and other instructional materials to support user adoption and training.
- Document system integrations, technical specifications, and workflows.
- Collaborate with legal technology teams to gather requirements and ensure documentation aligns with business needs.
- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Maintain documentation standards and templates, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
Qualifications of the Technical Writer:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in a legal or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of legal technology platforms and workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
