Links Technology is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Program Manager to join our client's team in Milpitas, CA. Our client is a leading technology firm specializing in hardware and software solutions. This is a Contract role offering the opportunity to drive large-scale, multi-functional programs for new product introductions.
Responsibilities of the Technical Program Manager:
- Drive large-scale multi-functional hardware and software programs from initiation to completion.
- Define plans and own the development and launch of new products.
- Collaborate with teams to build, organize, and manage project plans, including tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Evaluate program progress and results against objectives to improve productivity and overall outcomes.
- Communicate program status and updates effectively to partners and senior management.
Qualifications of the Technical Program Manager:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Program Manager in software, hardware, embedded, networking, or cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in process management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with server and equipment development; experience with liquid cooling technologies is a plus.
- Proven ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience facilitating continuous improvement in cross-functional environments.
