Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee BI Harmonization Project: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire BI harmonization initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution.
- Data Engineering Expertise: Leverage a strong foundation in data engineering to inform tool selection, data integration strategies, and overall project architecture.
- BI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate deep knowledge of leading BI tools such as Qlik, Spotfire, and Tableau to effectively evaluate, migrate, and optimize data solutions.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership across teams, effectively communicating project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change by developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to mitigate resistance and foster adoption of new BI tools and processes.
- Proven track record in managing complex, enterprise-wide BI projects, preferably within the life sciences industry.
- Extensive experience in data engineering, with a deep understanding of data integration, transformation, and modeling techniques.
- Hands-on proficiency with BI tools such as Qlik, Spotfire, and Tableau.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY– Hybrid role (MUST be able to work onsite 3 days per week)
- Hourly Pay between $75/hr - $85/hr
- 6-8 month+ contract
