Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Sr Electrical Engineer to fill an opening with an Aerospace company. 

Responsibilities of the Sr Electrical Engineer

  • Our Electrical Engineers research, design, develop, test, certify, deploy and improve cutting edge products and services.
  • These cover a very wide range from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft systems.
  • You'll conceptualize and design new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle of fully integrated systems.
 

Qualifications of the Sr Electrical Engineer
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience Skills and Experience
  • Understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools Experience working in multi-disciplinary design & development teams
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Security Clearance is required
  • Experience with simulations through functional and logical models and system analysis
  • Experience with electrical design tools like CATIA Electrical (preferred), AutoCAD or others
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
  • Experience composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA)
  • Knowledge of guidance and certification of aircraft Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS)
  • Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, to include, but not limited to model-based definition, electrical component selection, manufacturing, and production processes
