Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Oracle HCM/WorkDay) to fill an opening with a Pharma/Biotech company. 

Responsibilities of the Project Manager (Oracle HCM/WorkDay):
  • This position is the primary point of accountability to provide project management support to ensure the effective planning, execution and implementation of technology projects for a major pharmaceutical company. 
  • Responsible for the overall direction, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. 
  • The Project Manager role will be aligned, collocated and assigned projects within the G&A (Facilities, Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance).
  • The Project Manager works with minimal supervision and is responsible for applying advanced Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. 
  • Additionally, the Project Manager has proven experience leading successful strategic initiatives in a large, matrixed organization. 

Requirements of the Project Manager (Oracle HCM/WorkDay):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Biopharma, Pharma, BioTech, Mathematics or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
  • Must have experience with Oracle HCM
  • Must have experience with WorkDay
  • PMP certification is a plus

Benefits of the Project Manager (Oracle HCM/WorkDay): 
  • Pay range: $80/hr - $120/hr
  • Location: Tarrytown, NY – hybrid role (MUST be able to work 3 days onsite)
  • Long term contract (1-2 years)
