Links Technology is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our client's team in Brookfield, CT. Our client is a well-established dental practice in the Brookfield area. This is a Full Time role offering a competitive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, 401k, and profit-sharing, along with the opportunity to work in a modern, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities of the Dental Assistant:
  • Assist the dentist with a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Document patient dental treatments and maintain accurate records in accordance with practice guidelines.
  • Respond efficiently to inquiries from doctors, patients, and other team members, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications of the Dental Assistant:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in a dental assisting role is preferred.
  • Basic dental assisting knowledge, including common procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft software is a plus.
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and X-Ray Certification are preferred.

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr
